If you are here you are considering buying one of advertised coupon specials. This is a great deal for you and an opportunity for you to get to know us better. There are a few rules that I would like you to be aware of and some things we would ask of you.
Our Good Neighbor policy is based off of me being a long term Alaskan. The rule is simply this, in the event we have to reschedule your appointment due to us being stuck in a situation that involves life safety or property damage please be understanding. In the event you can’t understand, it would be better to purchase the deal and wait till summer to get the appointment. There is a significantly less chance of being rescheduled.
Exclusions:
- No parts are covered by this deal. Any parts that will be needed will be in addition to.
- Repairs are not included in this deal.
- Air filters are not included please have a new one available, we will be happy to put it in for you.
Rules:
- Most of these deals are scheduled between 5pm to 8pm. This actually doubles the deal’s value as it is afterhours. Also it is the best time for most people because we don’t want anyone to take time off or miss work.
- You will be given the original for the report. We do not keep copies of them. Nor do we keep your address or personal info on file. We have a 100% confidentiality policy that keeps us from retaining your info.
- We do not record your model and serial number for your heating system. This is only needed for repairs and some people wait months to get them done. We can obtain the info when we come for any repair work. On rare occasions we may ask you for that info due to it being after hours or weekends to save you money on your repairs.
- By purchasing this any deal you are agreeing to the good neighbor policy.
- When calling to set your appointment please included what type of system you have.
- Please have the area clear around the unit we will need the room to move equipment around.
- If the unit is in a crawl space please make sure to notify when you set up the appointment.
- We are very pet friendly and will bring a treat with us. If you don’t want the big guy spoiled let us know ahead of time. If you have a very aggressive dog who hates all strangers please have them kenneled or put in a bedroom. We don’t want them upset more than they have to be. We will always give your pet time to get to “know” us.
- If your having a bad day and simply don’t want anybody around please call and reschedule. There is nothing worse than dealing with a stranger on an off day.
- The owner must be present for the appointment. We want to make sure we don’t miss anything.
- If you are leaving work please call before you take off to make sure we are not delayed. We don’t want you to miss any more work than you have to.
